The ‘Angel Of Our Dreams’

Image
I think it’s always really interesting to see what solo music former group members release. It gives us a look into their own personal style and what they want to say for themselves. Sometimes it doesn’t work out but for Jade it seems this is just the beginning of an amazing solo career. She was always my favourite member of Little Mix and now smashing it solo. Jade Thirlwall is the angel of our dreams. She has yet to release her solo album but she’s dropped some singles which are giving us a little taste of what she’ll be serving up on ‘That’s showbiz, baby!’ Jade’s first solo single was released back in July 2024 titled ‘Angel of my dreams’ and if  you were expecting a safe, radio-friendly bop, think again—this track is a  wild ride  from start to finish.  Lyrically, Jade isn’t holding back. Lines like  “Sellin’ my soul to a psycho / they say I’m so lucky”  seem to throw some serious shade at her past experiences in the industry, particularly her ti...

"From Jump Scares to Gore: My Ultimate Horror Picks"

Horror movies—love them or hate them, there's no denying their ability to get under your skin. Whether it's the spine-chilling suspense, the eerie atmosphere, or the downright terrifying jump scares, the best horror films stick with you long after the credits roll. I've watched my fair share of creepy, unsettling, and downright disturbing films over the years, and today, I'm sharing some of my favourites. Scream (1996)   I couldn’t start this list without mentioning my absolute favourite horror film, the first one I ever watched, the one that made me fall in love with the genre. It is the ultimate slasher flick that flipped the horror genre on its head.  When a masked killer known as Ghostface starts terrorizing the small town of Woodsboro, high schooler Sidney Prescott finds herself at the center of the blood-soaked chaos. But this isn't your typical horror movie— Scream  is self-aware, packed with meta-humor, and loves to poke fun at the "rules" of hor...

Titanic: Was It All a Giant Ice-Cold Mystery?

Image
We all know the tragic tale of the Titanic—the unsinkable ship that well sunk. But what if I told you there are folks out there who believe the story we’ve been fed isn’t the whole truth? Buckle up, because we're about to dive into some of the wildest Titanic conspiracy theories around.  Titanic vs. Olympic—A Sneaky Ship Swap? I’d say this particular conspiracy is the most popular one and the one that holds the most weight. Some people believe it wasn’t that Titanic which actually sank that night.  According to this theory, the ship that met its watery grave was actually her sister ship, the Olympic. The Olympic  had a few unfortunate accidents and was costing its owners, the White Star Line, big bucks in repairs. So, the theory goes, they allegedly swapped the two ships, sending the damaged Olympic out as "Titanic" and sank it to collect insurance money. If true, it would make the Titanic saga less of a tragedy and more of a fraudulent cold case. Curse from the Mu...
